Recruitment

We have an ongoing recruiting programme whereby a weekly review of prospective candidates are tested, interviewed and subsequently short-listed pending our contracting their service for placement on new locations secured. This process facilitates the careful selection of the best quality men and women who will undergo a process of training to meet the standards of providing quality service as security officers to our valued clients.

Our recruitment policy requires that all candidates be properly screened through the process of interviews, finger-printing, making background checks along with their registration and licensing with the Private Security Regulation Authority.

Our Security Officers are initially required to attend a minimum period of forty hours of training and are then posted at locations under the close supervision of a Junior Supervisor and/or a Mobile Supervisor. Their performance is carefully monitored and evaluated over the first three months. During this process our training covers areas of deportment, communication, conflict management, investigative and reporting techniques, customer service, crowd control and safety procedures to secure property and persons.

Specific reports are generated to communicate incidents, weaknesses in physical, procedural or personnel security and any other information which will be beneficial to the overall well-being of our customer. Standing orders are developed and posted at each guard post. These orders provide the security officer with detailed information regarding the specific requirements for the proper execution of duties at each post.

Site specific training programmes are conducted with the security officers to ensure their full understanding of our customers’ requirements. Thereafter, close monitoring is routinely conducted by our management and supervisory team to ensure compliance with these orders.
