Preparedness and Response

In our role as security providers, it is our mission to firstly safeguard human life followed by the material assets of our clients.  To deliver this service, we need to be aware of the potential threats to the security and safety of our clients and their property by having proven Standard Operating Procedures to mitigate against loss.

Potential threats include hurricane, flooding, civil unrest and criminal activity directed at personnel /products on and off site.

Our standard response to any incident is the guard activating a panic button and the utilization of a hand radio or telephoning Ranger’s Duty Office which operates on a 24 hour basis.  Depending upon the severity of the incident a Mobile Supervisor and other support personnel are then dispatched to the location.
